Maliha and Pia from the East London RFC Vixen Cubs had the experience of a lifetime this week, joining England's Red Roses at a closed training session as the World Champions put the finishing touches on their preparations for the 2026 Women's Six Nations.

The Cubs were among only a handful of English rugby clubs invited along as the Red Roses completed their final contact session before their tournament opener against Ireland this Saturday, 11 April, on BBC One at 13:30.

During the visit, Maliha and Pia got to spend time with some of England's biggest names, including vice-captain Amy Cokayne, fullback Ellie Kildunne, forward Christiana Balogun, and flanker Sadia Kabeya. The club also came home with a special keepsake: a Red Roses squad photo signed by the World Cup winners.

Whether the World Champions had anything to worry about, we will leave entirely up to your imagination.
