If you are coming to London to live, work, or study; looking to change clubs; looking to take up the game for the first time; or getting back into game after a lay-off; come along and join our rugby family. Training currently takes place on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Warm-up starts from 6.45pm with training beginning at 7pm. A summer training schedule ahead of the 2024/25 season is currently being prepared.

With easy rail links at nearby West Ham Station, our home at the Memorial Ground in Holland Road, West Ham, is just five minutes' walk from West Ham Station, which is served by the Docklands Light Railway, Jubilee, Metropolitan and District lines, and c2c rail services. We are also just two stops away from Stratford International mainline terminal. We also have ample free car parking.

We have three senior men's sides, a ladies' team, and a ladies pathway programme into the sport, run with Kings Cross Steelers RFC who share clubhouse facilities. All teams play league competition rugby during the season from social to serious level. We also have a very active social scene.
