Three great teams and three good wins

Three teams wearing the colours of East London RFC brought home three victories at the Memorial Ground in West Ham, on Saturday (21 September).
It was a rare occasion to have three club teams playing alongside each other on the same day and the clubhouse was buzzing.

The Wyverns 2nd XV won 43-5 against South Woodham Ferrers 2s in Shepherd Neame Essex Merit Table Division 3. Tries were scored by left wing Chukz Chiagorom (4), prop Stephen Beattie, number 8 Chris Brown, and fly-half Nicholas Finch. Conversions came from Finch (3), and inside centre Ryan Exley.
The 3rd XV, the Thirsty Thirds, beat Ravens 55-7 in Shepherd Neame Essex Merit Table Division 6 West. Tries came from Bill Topping, Ciaran O'Donoghue, skipper Frank Murphy, Paul Shane Tierney Miller, Max Kurandt, Jacob Alvarez, Thomas Rhys, and Gabriel Keegan (2). Conversions came from Frank Murphy (5).
Club chairman Simon Crick said: "I am a very proud chairman. We have made a huge statement this weekend. Massive thanks to everyone involved on and off the pitch."
